On Thursday 11th October, Harvey Nichols Bristol will be hosting an evening celebrating the undiscovered gems of Chilean Wine.
Hosted by wine writer and presenter, Susy Atkins, who will detail her travels of Chile and share some of her favourite wines, which have been flavour-matched to four courses prepared by award-winning Head Chef, Louise McCrimmon. Learn about the summery Tinto de Rulo Pipeño, whose Pais grape is thought to have roots in Mexico, while enjoying empanadas and dine on Dulce de leche alfajores while sipping a Spanish-inspired EQ Syrah.
Susy Atkins is the author of various wine books and is the Sunday Telegraph's weekly wine columnist and drinks editor of Delicious magazine. About the night she says: 'It's a closer look at Chile's wine beyond the big brands and obvious styles. I'll be talking about how modern Chile is pushing its boundaries in every sense, and tasting wines that fits this - so new evolving regions, styles and grapes in one of the World's most exciting wine countries."
