Jekka's new herb experience will take place from 2 - 4 July 2021, celebrating the growing and use of culinary and medical herbs.
The three-day event will be filled with expert talks, workshops and demonstrations from Jekka and her team, plus Friends of Jekka’s; including two Michelin star chef, Nathan Outlaw, Blue Peter gardener, Chris Collins and Simon Mills MA FNIMH MCPP, an acclaimed international speaker on a range of topics, including herbal and traditional medicines.
Visitors to Jekka’s HerbFest will learn about cooking with herbs, the delights of eating herbs, how to grow and look after their herbs, the role of herbs in health & wellbeing, garden design tips as well as about the bees and insects that use herbs.
During Jekka’s HerbFest visitors will be able to explore Jekka's Herbetum, a living encyclopedia of over 400 culinary herbs that are displayed at their farm in raised beds.
There will also be a variety of food stalls, plus local musicians and artists. Local vegan food will be available to buy, providing sustainably sourced treats and Jekka’s herb-inspired cafe will be open offering homemade cakes and coffee as well as their herbal infusions.

Jekka’s is a family run herb farm with over 30 years’ experience in growing and using culinary and medicinal herb plants and seeds. At Jekka’s they believe in cultivating flavour and aim to educate and inspire gardeners and cooks of all ages.
