Ash Saman will be celebrating all the joys of summer with a seven-course taster menu of the best seasonal produce the South West has to offer.
Ash (formerly of Casamia, Chequers (Bath) and Clevedon House Hotel) is becoming well known in Bristol and Bath for his creative cooking that's both delicious and beautiful to look at. This is an exclusive event with limited spaces.
The menu is available to view on Instagram (@chefashsaman), it features dishes such as cucumber gazpacho, a creme brulee of goat's cheese, rosemary and garlic roasted lamb rump with steamed artichokes, girolles and a sweet and sour tomato and herb dressing, and two desserts, one lemon and one strawberry.
