The Gert Lush – Bristol's Vintage Bicycle Jamboree

About
The Gert Lush vintage bike festival, one of the UK’s premier retro road rides, has been postponed for 2021. With current government restrictions, organisers wouldn't be able to hold the event this May as planned and so have decided to re-launch in 2022, when things should be far less restrictive and uncertain.
Cyclists will be able to choose between 35- and 65-miles routes that wind their way through the glorious Somerset countryside or a family ride. During the ride, cyclists will be transported through time and space, with an immersive experience involving much more than just a cycle ride. It’s an inclusive ride where all are welcomed and friends made - the only rule is no full carbon bikes.
As well as the two adult rides, children can take part in the Babba Lush, a safe ride for youngsters aged between 5 – 9 years old that will enable them to get in on the fun. The ride is completely free, but all children must be accompanied by an adult.
The Gert Lush is sponsored by Bristol law firm Barcan+Kirby, and Trek Bristol
