Les Faix Cotes de Blaye White 2019 - Classic prawn cocktail, baby gem, avocado, cherry tomatoes and Marie Rose sauce
G de Guiraud Bordeaux Blanc 2017 - Roasted scallops, pea purée, Parmesan sauce and grated truffle
Chateau Carbonnieux Pessac Leognan Blanc 2018 - Truffled Wild Mushrooms, potato rösti, creamed mushroom, fried quail's egg and grated truffle
Chateau Cos d'Estournel Blanc 2015 - Roasted Salmon Fillet, green beans, flaked almonds, smoked aubergine purée, lemon and a ras el hanout spiced tomato sauce
