Kick off their evening with a glass of Harvey Nichols Champagne and canapés before tucking into mouth-watering dishes including quail with rose and a pomegranate dressing; crisp oysters with pickled carrot and mouli; roast breast of guinea fowl with guinea fowl Kiev, pommes purée and green butter sauce; chocolate, raspberry and pistachio choux; and rhubarb and ginger custard tart for £50 per person.
