Winter Trees Identification Walk at Arnos Vale Cemetery

About
Join them for a seasonal tour of Arnos Vale to tell the wood from the trees, without any leaves!
Winter can be a tricky time of year to identify trees, when many native species have shed their autumnal leaves and bare branches stretch to the sky.
But without the distraction of their leafy crowns it is a fantastic opportunity to take a closer look at the distinctive silhouettes and characteristics that set different tree species apart.
On this seasonal walk with our knowledgable ecologist, you will discover the art of tree identification using subtle clues in their buds, branches, bark and more.
Please meet your guide at Reception in the East Lodge, by the Bath Road Entrance
