The Bristol Fringe is a citywide arts programme that runs in parallel with the British Art Show 10 programme. The Fringe programme will bring together cultural activity across the city into a Bristol-wide event that encompasses the breadth of activity in the city. The Fringe will celebrate and showcase Bristol’s creative energy. We invite artists and venues to submit their activity during this time and become part of this exciting moment. Put yourself on the map and be part of it.
As part of this programme, we are offering a series of funded commissions and grants to support artistic and cultural activity taking place across the city that aligns with British Art Show 10 activity. These funds are designed to help fund new projects, initiatives, and works and support existing activity.
The Bristol Fringe will fuel creativity across the whole city, ensuring that people in every part of Bristol can connect with, make and experience art in ways that feel relevant for them.
The Bristol Fringe is supported by four key partners: Arnolfini, Spike Island, RWA and Bristol Museum & Art Gallery, referred to as the BAS10 Bristol Partners, as well as by Arts Council England, Bristol Business Improvement District, Bristol City Council and Visit West.
Are you a Bristol-based artist, arts organisation or collective? Sign up for the BAS10 Community Mailing List to find out more and get involved.
