Survey Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions found here relate to the VisitBristol.co.uk User Survey

1. Entries to the prize draw must be received by midnight on 31 July 2023

2. One winner will be picked at random from all valid entries and will be notified by email. 

3. Entrants must have completed the Visit Bristol user survey.

4. In the event of non-acceptance, the winner being uncontactable or the winner being not suitable within 24 hours of the closing date, Visit Bristol reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry.
 
5. The prize will include an overnight stay with breakfast in a city centre Bristol hotel. 

6. The prize will include two tickets to a Bristol attraction.

7. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value.
 
8. Spending money is not included.

9. Travel to and from Bristol is not included.

10. The winner’s details will be passed to the hotel to book your room.
 
11. The Editor's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
 
12. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
 
13. Visit West will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
 
14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control we reserve to right to cancel the prize draw or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

15. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Office 4.01, St Nicholas House, 31-34 High Street, Bristol, England, BS1 2AW
