Revolucion de Cuba

Free salsa lessons, live music, Friday fiestas, delicious cocktails, tantalising tapas - this list really could go on and on! Whether it’s a Tuesday treat (I’m looking at you £8 Mojito and Burrito) or a night out with the girls, this is hands down my favourite place to go in Bristol.

Quay St Diner

The thought of fried chicken and a sweet waffle was kind of repulsive to me, until I tried it and oh my goodness it’s the best thing I’ve ever eaten! Putting my woes behind me, I’ve embraced the Californian lifestyle and this is probably where you’ll find me after a hot yoga class.

Little Chinatown

Head up to the first floor for some of the most authentic Chinese and Asian food. The food is fresh, the prices are unbelievable and they serve bubble tea by the tankard. This Nelson Street eatery is not one to be overlooked. (P.S. it’s cash only.)

Secret Café Bristol

Nestled in the courtyard of St Stephen’s Church, this little Spanish retreat is the perfect office escape. Bring a book and take the chance to switch off for an hour, while enjoying flavoursome, fresh and home-cooked dishes in a laid-back atmosphere. Bear in mind that it’s only open from 9.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Bird and Blend Tea Co.

But this is just a tea shop right? Wrong! It’s so much more than that, with its barista-style counter offering an array of takeaway iced drinks made from their fabulous teas. The Unicorn Fizz is a firm favourite, and you’ll be amazed just how versatile tea can be! So the next time you’re on Park Street, pop in for a drink.
