Whether you're celebrating Mum, step-mothers, mums-to-be, mummy friends or grannies, celebrate the world's best mamas in your life with one of these Mother's Day celebrations in Bristol...

Days out and experiences

Westonbirt, The National Arboretum

Take a trip to the National Arboretum on Mother’s Day when mums go free – so long as they’re accompanied by a responsible child (of any age)! Spring is a wonderful time to visit, with a free guided walk, seasonal trails and stunning views from the STIHL Treetop Walkway to enjoy.

Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm

Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm is throwing their Mother’s Day celebration on Saturday 21 March. They’ll be offering mums a free bacon or sausage bap before 11.15am and there’ll be the chance to feed giraffes for £2 per person, write a note for the Messages for Mum tree, and look out for the mums of the zoo, like Arusha the African lion and Nola the zebra.

Bailey Balloons

Surprise mum with an incredible Bristol experience, made extra special with a fun reveal. Buy hot air balloon ride vouchers from Bailey Balloons and they can deliver a ribbon-wrapped balloon gift box for the discounted price of £20. When the box is opened, a helium Mother’s Day balloon will pop out with the vouchers attached to the ribbon.

More great days out...

From seeing deep-sea creatures up close at Bristol Aquarium, to meet and greets with the animals at Bristol Zoo Gardens and Wild Place Project, there are plenty more brilliant ways to spend quality time with mum in Bristol. Take a look through our attractions page for more inspiration.
