Competition terms and conditions

1. Visit Bristol competition entries must be received by 14:00 on 29 April 2024.

2. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and will be notified by email.

3. You must be over 18 to enter. Prize winner must over 18.

4. In the event of non-acceptance or the winner being uncontactable within 24 hours of the closing date, Visit West reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry.

5. Prize includes two adult and two child day tickets to Bristol Zoo Project, which must be used by 2 June 2024.
 

6. Prize includes one night stay at Mollie’s Motel Bristol for a family of four in a bunk room for one night between 27 – 31 May 2024 and lunch or dinner at Mollie's Diner which must be claimed on the day of, or day after the stay at Mollie’s Bristol. Drinks not included.

7. Prize does not include transport.  

8. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value.

9. If opted in at the time of entry, entrant details may be shared with third party prize-givers. You can unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time.  

10. Employees of Visit West, prize givers and their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from entering the competition.

11. Winner’s details will be passed to all prize givers for prize fulfilment.

12. The Editor's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

13. Visit West will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible, or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt. 

14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control we reserve to right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value. 

15. The winner’s name will be available on request 28 days after closing date by sending an email to web@visitwest.co.uk
