Explore one of the largest and oldest tree collections in the world. Over 16,000 rare and beautiful trees and shrubs, laid out over 600 glorious, easy-to-stroll Cotswold acres.

An unforgettable day out in all seasons - bluebells, magnolias and rhododendrons, 100 champion trees and the Japanese maples; we're world famous for our Autumn colours.

Events, workshops and family events run throughout the year, including the concert programme in June and July, the unique Festival of the Tree in August and the spectacular Enchanted Christmas in December.

Free weekend guided walks with friendly, expert volunteers. Special group rates. Shop, plant centre, restaurant and mobility vehicles available. Dogs welcome.

Road Directions

From Bath take the A4 to the A46, signposted Stroud. Continue for approx. 8 miles and follow brown signs to Westonbirt on the A46.

From Bristol follow signs to the M32, then onto the M4. Leave at junction 18 onto the A46, signposted Stroud. Continue for approx. 6 miles and follow brown signs to Westonbirt on the A46.

From Cirencester take the A419 then the A429 signposted Bath, Chippenham, continue forward on the A433 to Tetbury, take the A46 signposted Bath and follow the brown signs to Westonbirt on the A46.
