The Fern Apartments by Mint Stays are a collection of 7 luxury, 1 and 2 bed apartments in east Bristol/South Gloucestershire with dedicated parking and access to excellent transport between both central Bristol and Bath. All apartments were beautifully finished to the highest standard in October 2022.
East Bristol offers the perfect base for commuting to central parts of the city and further into South Gloucestershire as well as neighbouring Bath.
The Fern Apartments have excellent transport links right on the doorstep with a bus stop, quite literally, next door and within a two-minute walk to leafy Paige Park with an excellent children’s play area.
The newly opened, and popular Forge & Fern, a café, bar & restaurant is adjacent and is a highly desirable establishment and offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Mint Stays, who offer quality properties for self-catering show term lets across the city of Bristol have created a beautiful and comfortable home-from-home.
The principal beds are all super kings and several of the bedrooms have access to a private terrace area. All apartments have recently been refurbished so all furniture and appliances are brand new.
