About Grace
Grace is a self taught vegan chef and baker with a wealth of experience working in kitchens in both the UK and the United States. She also hosts supper clubs, facilitates workshops, caters retreats and has designed menus for a busy cafe. She recently started a baking business but loves nothing more than holding events that enable people to share a meal around a table.
About Aimée
Aimée is an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher. Her primary focus is creating a safe space for people to show up as they are. She is fascinated by the workings of the human body including anatomy, the mind-body connection and the science of breathing. She is constantly learning and loves using this knowledge base to support and empower her students to cultivate a practice that works for them. Aimée completed her 200 hour John Scott teacher training in 2020 with Claire Berghorst. Since then she has taught a mix of online and in person classes including short form Ashtanga Vinyasa classes and restorative classes.

Yoga with Aimée
This class will take inspiration from the Ashtanga primary series, incorporating asana (postures) to build both strength and flexibility. You will be guided through breathing exercises followed by sun salutations and a gentle flow perfect for a sunday morning. This will conclude with asana designed to slow the breath and recenter.
Suitable for beginners or to support those with an established practice.
Brunch with Grace
Having been vegan for almost a decade Grace has learnt a lot about nutrition and how to fuel your body on a plant based diet. Each brunch menu is unique and released a couple of weeks before the event. Grace is sure to include seasonal ingredients with carefully considered health benefits to complement your yoga practice.
Both Grace and Aimée will join for brunch and welcome any questions you may have about yoga and food.
Grace and Aimée look forward to meeting you!
