Join Clifton Wine School this August to learn all about how to match food with wine and to get the best experience for your tastebuds!
You'll taste 6 to 7 different delicious delicacies with different wines from around the world, to understand how a good pairing can complement both. It's also a celebration of amazing culinary produce – think along the lines of Chevre with Sancerre, venison with a juicy Zinfandel, Strathdon Blue cheese with Sauternes along with other delicious pairings!
You'll pick up some really useful tips that you can put to good use at home as you learn about the building blocks of wine; acidity, alcohol, tannin and sweetness and the effect these have on food.
