A cutting edge, young, vibrant liquid nitrogen cocktail bar, always putting innovation and memorable experiences ahead of everything they do.
Brozen Bar aims to propel frozen beverages into the future, combining science, invention and most importantly great tasting cocktails to bring you an unforgettable drinking experience you won't find anywhere else on the Bristol food and drink scene.
It all began on one sunny afternoon, when twin brothers Joe and Ben were testing out new recipes for their first food love: liquid nitrogen ice cream! After opening their first ice cream stand in St Nicholas Market in September 2016, they started experimenting with many weird but wonderful flavours, until they tried adding gin to one of their homemade lemon sorbets. Just like that, the frozen G&T was born.
When a cocktail is mixed with liquid nitrogen at -196°C, it freezes so quickly that the mix has no time to form large ice crystals usually found in frozen cocktails. Far from your usual frozen cocktail, these scoops of deliciousness are part dessert and part cocktail, but all over amazing.
