Discover the coastal suburb of Dun Laoghaire situated in south Dublin. There are many spots to explore, such as Forty Foot which was the starting point of James Joyce’s novel Ulysses. Joyce himself resided in this town for a while, and there is a museum dedicated to his legacy. You’ll then be able to take an optional tour to venture further inland, visiting Dublin itself. A UNESCO City of Literature, the city provides plenty of Irish charm and fascinating attractions such as Phoenix Park, Iveagh Gardens and, of course, the Guinness Storehouse.
