Open weekly, visitors will find a range of fresh Lost and Grounded beers across 10 taps behind the bar as well as wine, cider and soft drink offerings.

With regular local food pop ups each week serving a taste of Bristol, the taproom is also the perfect venue for hosting their Lager-A-Rama, Oktoberfest and Winter Blow Out events.

The space is family-friendly, with both children and dogs welcome, and supports the Everyone Welcome Initiative.

Brewery tours
Brewery tours are available on Saturday’s and include a guided tasting with a member of the Lost and Grounded team.

Lost and Grounded Brewers is a Bristol-based brewery first established by co-founders Alex and Annie in July 2016. After living in various locations around the world, including Australia, Belgium and London, they fell in love with Bristol and decided that this was the city where they would start up their brewery. With a fascination of the precision of German brewing and the idiosyncratic nature of Belgian beers, Lost and Grounded Brewers specialise in brewing lagers as well as Belgian-inspired ales.

The state-of-the-art brewhouse includes a lactic acid propagation plant, which is used to naturally adjust acidity of the beer during the brewing process. This traditional German method of adjusting pH levels treats the harder, more alkaline water that is typically found here in Bristol. This allows the brewery to produce beers with balance, nuance and depth of character which are also unfiltered and vegan friendly. The towering, stainless steel German brewhouse is the perfect backdrop to Lost and Grounded’s light and spacious taproom with plentiful seating inside and out.

Sustainability

Lost and Grounded Brewers have a clear focus on sustainability and have many initiatives in place to help reduce their environmental footprint. As well as regularly monitoring their water, electric and gas consumption, the brewery have reduced their plastic malt bag waste with the installation of their malt silo which stands proudly at the front of the brewery. After being awarded a Green Business Grand from the West of England Combined Authority, Lost and Grounded Brewers commissioned their new Energy Recovery System, furthering their sustainability goals for the brewery.

Dog-Friendly

Lost and Grounded Brewers welcomes their doggy pals to their taproom each weekend. Their bright, airy space inside as well as ample outside seating can easily accommodate dogs who accompany their owners for a few beers. Cold, fresh water available, plus dog treats at the bar for well-behaved pooches.
