Lie down & Listen' - the blissful Tibetan bowl sound healing and lying down classical concert experience is returning to Bristol's stunning and atmospheric Mount Without in sessions which help to guide you into the beautiful and expansive depths of your inner landscape.

Taking time on a Sunday to deeply relax, reflect and reconnect with yourself will be the greatest choice to positively uplift your body, soul and mind.

Through the music and sound, you'll be guided to deeply listen and as you develop this practise of listening you'll connectwith your intution and your inner voice to become the lighter, creative, energetic, more playful and more loving version of yourself.

These sessions will be particularly special as classical pianist and founder of Lie down & Listen Christina McMaster brings her own piano and cellist Naomi Watts will lead the first session.

Each session lasts 90mins and includes warm cacao on arrival.

Sessions

1.00pm Led by special guest cellist and yoga teacher Naomi Watts. Expect some gentle movement followed by the most heavenly lying down pose.

4.00pm Tibetan bowls, piano & cello session with guided relaxation led by Christina.
​
7.00pm Sun set session dedicated to solo piano sounds where Christina will play a mix of classical music and improvisations reflecting the moment.
​
9.15pm Late night session led by Christina - this will feel like a blissful tibetan bowl and piano lullaby to send you off into the deepest sleep and re energise you for the week ahead.
