3 min readThe brand-new RHS Badminton Flower Show is set to make its debut in the beautiful South Gloucestershire countryside this July, marking an exciting new addition to the summer calendar.
Held at the historic Badminton Estate, the inaugural show will feature everything you would expect from an RHS Show and more, from the team behind RHS Chelsea and Hampton Court Flower Shows.

1. Gorgeous gardens
Whether you prefer contemporary or traditional design, country gardens or dramatic sculptures, expect inspiration by the spadeful. Set within the sweeping parkland of the Badminton Estate, explore the Show Gardens, Artisan Gardens, Young Designer Gardens and Pocket Planting.
See The Archers’ Bridge Farm brought to life by designer Jo Thompson, including an orchard, wildflower meadow, potting bench, wildlife pond and even a cheese-making area. Meanwhile, designer Tom Stuart-Smith will be creating the largest garden ever to be built at an RHS Show with a walk-through including wildflower planting, yew domes and lake views. 2. Beautiful flowers
Step inside the showstopping Floral Marquee, home to over 70 specialist floral nurseries. You’ll find beautifully curated floral installations across the showground too, including the iconic RHS letters (perfect for selfies) and decorative horse jumps – a nod to the world-famous horse trials hosted at the Estate each May.

3. Expert advice and gardening inspiration
Whether you’d like help with growing tomatoes, pruning roses or encouraging wildlife, stop by the RHS Advice Hub for tailored guidance, and chat with expert nurseries for practical tips to take home. Pull up a deck chair and settle in for a series of entertaining talks from some of horticulture’s best-loved names.
The Main Stage will feature Arit Anderson, Carol Klein, Adam Frost and Rachel de Thame amongst others. Over at the In The Grow theatre, specialist nurseries will be offering plant-focused talks and demonstrations too. Find out more here.

Foodies will be spoilt for choice, whether you’re treating yourself to afternoon tea at The Lakeside Restaurant, relaxing with a Fortnum & Mason picnic and a glass of bubbly or sampling delicious street food championing seasonal British ingredients.
