Competition Terms & Conditions

Entries must be received by 14:00 on 15 December 2025.  

The winner’s name will be available upon request 28 days after the closing date by emailing web@visitwest.co.uk 

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Visit West reserves the right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.                   

Visit West will not be responsible for lost or delayed entries due to technical issues, postal delays, or incomplete/damaged entries. Proof of entry does not guarantee receipt.                    

The Editor's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.                    

The winner’s details will be passed to all prize providers for prize fulfilment.                    

Employees of Visit West, prize providers, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from entering.                    

If the entrant opts in, details may be shared with third-party prize providers. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.                    

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any monetary value.                 

Transport costs are not included in the prize.           

Prize includes lunch for four people from Junktion Café Bar at Wake The Tiger. A hot main item or sandwich with a tea and coffee or soft drink (excluding milkshakes and smoothies) each. Prize must be redeemed by 31 December 2026. 

Prize includes a family ticket to Wake The Tiger (two adults and two children), prize must be used by 31 December 2026. 

Prize includes a meal for a family of four (two adults and two children) at Za Za Bazaar for lunch or dinner. Drinks are not included and must be purchased separately. The meal must be booked in advance. Prize must be claimed by 31 November 2026. 

Prize includes a complimentary bed and breakfast stay in a Queen Superior Room for two adults and two children under the age of 16 at Novotel Bristol Centre. Prize mut be claimed by 31 December 2026. Subject to availability. 

If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the closing date, Visit West reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn valid entry.                  

Winner and their plus one must be over 18 years old. ID is required when claiming the prize.
