Competition Terms & Conditions

Entries must be received by 14:00 on 24 November 2025. 

Winner and their plus one must be over 18 years old. ID is required when claiming the prize.                  

If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the closing date, Visit West reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn valid entry.                 

The winner and a guest will enjoy a free 2.5-hour styling session. Before the session, the winner and plus one must complete a short styling questionnaire. An optional pre-session consultation (in person or via phone/video call) is also available. Your fashion stylist will curate a sustainable fashion collection ready for your arrival. During the session, you’ll receive personal style advice, enjoy a complimentary drink each from Busy V Bakery, and get 20% off any fashion pieces you choose to take. The prize must be booked and claimed by 31 January 2026. 

Prize includes a £100 Love Bristol Gift Card. Prize must be claimed by 31 January 2026. Winner will be sent a digital gift card. 

Prize includes a £30 voucher for Eat a Pitta. Redeemable at any of their stores in Bristol, including Broadmead, St Nicholas Market, Gloucester Road, Clifton Village, or Queens Road. Prize must be claimed by 31 January 2026.

Prize includes £50 voucher for CUPP. Prize must be redeemed through the CUPP App. Valid at CUPP Quakers Friars or Park Row store. Prize must be claimed by 31 January 2026. 

Prize includes £50 voucher for King Pins Bowling Bristol. Prize must be claimed by 31 January 2026. 

Prize includes two night stay at Premier Suites Cabot Circus. Prize must be claimed by 18 January 2026. 

Transport costs are not included in the prize.          

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any monetary value.                

If the entrant opts in, details may be shared with third-party prize providers. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.                   

Employees of Visit West, prize providers, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from entering.                   

The winner’s details will be passed to all prize providers for prize fulfilment.                   

The Editor's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.                   

Visit West will not be responsible for lost or delayed entries due to technical issues, postal delays, or incomplete/damaged entries. Proof of entry does not guarantee receipt.                   

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Visit West reserves the right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
