Competition Terms & Conditions

Entries must be received by 14:00 on 13 April 2026.       

The winner and their plus one must be over 18 years old. ID is required when claiming the prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the closing date, Visit West reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn valid entry

Prize includes a stay for two people at Moxy Bristol in a Moxy Queen Sleepers – queen bed, en-suite, 42 inch LCD TV, tea & coffee making facilities. Subject to availability/ blackout dates. Prize must be claimed by 31 Dec 2026.

Prize includes two spaces on a public graffiti workshop at The Island with Graft. Prize must be claimed by 30 April 2027.

Prize includes a £100 gift voucher for the Upfest Gallery, redeemable only at the Upfest Gallery (not the online shop) before 31 December 2026.

Transport costs are not included in the prize.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any monetary value.

If the entrant opts in, details may be shared with third-party prize providers. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.    

Employees of Visit West, prize providers, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from entering.    

The winner’s details will be passed to all prize providers for prize fulfilment.   

The Editor's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. 

Visit West will not be responsible for lost or delayed entries due to technical issues, postal delays, or incomplete/damaged entries. Proof of entry does not guarantee receipt.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Visit West reserves the right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
