Competition Terms & Conditions

Entries must be received by 14:00 on 22 January 2025. 

One winner will be drawn at random and notified by email.    

The prize is for individuals over 18 years old. ID is required when claiming the prize.    

If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the closing date, Visit West reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn valid entry.   

The prize includes a one-night bed and breakfast stay at The Clayton Hotel on 31 January or 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 9 of February 2025. Subject to availability. 

Prize includes a digital £100 Love Bristol Gift card which will be valid for 12 months from the date of being issued. 

Prize includes a two-course meal for two people and two drinks each from Horts Townhouse. Prize must be claimed between 31 January – 9 February 2024. Subject to availability. Prize must be booked at least 48 hours prior to visiting. 

Transport costs are not included in the prize.     

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any monetary value.  

If the entrant opts in, details may be shared with third-party prize providers. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.     

Employees of Visit West, prize providers, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from entering.     

Winner’s details will be passed to all prize providers for prize fulfillment.     

The Editor's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.     

Visit West will not be responsible for lost or delayed entries due to technical issues, postal delays, or incomplete/damaged entries. Proof of entry does not guarantee receipt.     

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Visit West reserves the right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.     

The winner’s name will be available upon request 28 days after the closing date by emailing web@visitwest.co.uk.
