Competition Terms & Conditions

Entries must be received by 14:00 on 28 September 2026. 

The winner’s name will be available upon request 28 days after the closing date by emailing web@visitwest.co.uk

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Visit West reserves the right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value. 

Visit West will not be responsible for lost or delayed entries due to technical issues, postal delays, or incomplete/damaged entries. Proof of entry does not guarantee receipt. 

The Editor's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. 

The winner’s details will be passed to all prize providers for prize fulfilment. 

Employees of Visit West, prize providers, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from entering. 

If the entrant opts in, details may be shared with third-party prize providers. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. 

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any monetary value. 

Prize includes pair of tickets for film of choice at Watershed, plus fully loaded nachos to share and a drink each from the Café & Bar. Prize must be claimed by 31 March 2027. 

Prize includes a 2-hour paddleboard or sit-on-top kayak experience for two people with SUP Bristol on at Baltic Wharf on Bristol Harbour. The prize must be booked in advance and redeemed on an available date, subject to availability. The experience includes a paddleboard or sit-on-top kayak, paddles, buoyancy aids, a full safety briefing, and access to changing facilities, toilets and hot showers. Participants must meet SUP Bristol's age requirements (age 12+).

Prize includes two day tickets for Bristol Ferry. Prize must be used by 31 December 2027. 

Prize includes a pair of tickets to Bristol Dockyards, on a date of your choosing. Tickets are single use only and must be used by 31 March 2027. 

Prize includes a Highlights Tour of Bristol Cathedral, followed by cream tea at the Pinkmans Cathedral café and a takeaway goodie bag. The goodie bag will include: a box of 4 doughnuts, a fresh sourdough loaf, a selection of Cathedral-themed gifts from the Cathedral shop. 

Prize includes an overnight stay for two including dinner and one hour's access to the HarSPA facilitie. Prize to be taken before 31 March 2027, excluding 22 December 2026 to 1 January 2027. Prize is subject to availability and Harbour Hotels reserves the right to amend the valid dates at any time. Dinner will be a three-course set menu in Bristol Harbour Kitchen. 

By entering the competition, you agree to be contacted by Visit Bristol if you are selected as the winner to inform you of the prizes you have won. If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the closing date, Visit West reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn valid entry. 

The winner and their plus one must be over 18 years old. ID is required when claiming the prize.
