Competition Terms & Conditions

Entries must be received by 14:00 on 6 May 2025.

One winner will be drawn at random and notified by email. 

The prize is for individuals over 18 years old. ID is required when claiming the prize.        

If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the closing date, Visit West reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn valid entry.       

Prize includes one night complimentary bed and breakfast room at Radisson Blu Bristol for a family of four (two adults, two children) in two interconnecting rooms with 10% off further food and drink. Prize subject to availability and must be claimed by 31 December 2025. 

Prize includes gelato from Swon one scoop of gelato each for four people. Voucher is valid until 6 May 2026. The voucher can be used in any of Swoon stores except Selfridges. 

Prize includes a £100 voucher to The Stable Bristol. Prize must be claimed and used by 6 May 2026. 

Prize includes four e-tickets to Upside Down House. The tickets can be used by 31 September 2025. 

Prize includes one family ticket for a family of four (two adults and two children) to Bristol Aquarium. Prize must be claimed and used by 31 December 2025. 

Prize includes tickets for a family of up to four people (two adults and two children) to We The Curious plus a planetarium show. In addition to We The Curious's general booking terms and conditions, the prize is valid for one visit. Prize must be claimed and used by 31 Dec 2025. The tickets are subject to availability and must be pre-booked. The prize does not include special evening events. 

Transport costs are not included in the prize.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any monetary value.      

If the entrant opts in, details may be shared with third-party prize providers. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.         

Employees of Visit West, prize providers, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from entering.         

Winner’s details will be passed to all prize providers for prize fulfillment.         

The Editor's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.         

Visit West will not be responsible for lost or delayed entries due to technical issues, postal delays, or incomplete/damaged entries. Proof of entry does not guarantee receipt.         

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Visit West reserves the right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.         

The winner’s name will be available upon request 28 days after the closing date by emailing web@visitwest.co.uk.
