Entries must be received by 14:00 on 15 June 2026.
The winner’s name will be available upon request 28 days after the closing date by emailing web@visitwest.co.uk
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Visit West reserves the right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
Visit West will not be responsible for lost or delayed entries due to technical issues, postal delays, or incomplete/damaged entries. Proof of entry does not guarantee receipt.
The Editor's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner’s details will be passed to all prize providers for prize fulfilment.
Employees of Visit West, prize providers, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from entering.
If the entrant opts in, details may be shared with third-party prize providers. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any monetary value.
Prize includes a cocktail for the winner and their plus one from Rick’s on 17 July at 18:30.
Prize includes one night bed and breakfast basis stay at The Bristol Hotel on 17 July.
Prize includes a meal up to the value of £100 from Harbour House Bristol on Saturday 18 July at 18:30.
Prize includes Kayaking or SUP session on 17 or 18 July with SUP Bristol on Bristol Harbour. Following have been reserved, winner and their plus one can take their pick from one of the following sessions: Friday 17th July 14:00 Kayaking, 16:30 SUP, Saturday 18th July 14:30 SUP, 14:30 Kayak. The winner must state what session they would like to book upon claiming the prize. The prize is a SUP or sit-on-top kayaking experience on Bristol’s Floating Harbour with Mendip Activity Centre. Participants can choose between paddleboarding or sit-on-top kayaking. No prior experience is required. Minimum age is 12+ for public sessions (age 8+ on a private session - not guaranteed, dependent on availability). All participants must meet the activity requirements and follow safety instructions. Sessions are subject to availability, weather conditions, and Mendip Activity Centre’s standard booking terms.
Prize includes two VIP tickets for Bristol Harbour Festival 2026 (Friday 17 – Sunday 19 July) which include the following: access to the raised VIP area with excellent direct opposite views of the Harbour view stage and water arena viewing point, exclusive bar serving cocktails and two free drink tokens for the winner on arrival from Harbour Festival VIP sponsor Barti Rum, access to luxury trailer toilets and seating area to rest and relax + VIP programme.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the closing date, Visit West reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn valid entry
The winner and their plus one must be over 18 years old. ID is required when claiming the prize.
