Perched on the edge of the historic Bristol Harbourside, The Ostrich sits proudly with its huge riverside beer garden and cosy interiors over two floors.
Upstairs, the recently refurbished ‘Top Deck’ dining space and bar is available for private hire with stunning views over the harbour, while downstairs the main bar space is ideal for a quiet pint and a bite to eat.
Outside, the Portside BBQ serves up amazing Americana-inspired street food to one of Bristol’s best beer gardens, with a mix of suntrap seating areas, shady spots, and the covered and heated all-weather teepees.
Behind the bar, it’s all about award-winning Butcombe beer, cocktails and an extensive rum menu – a nod to The Ostrich’s roots as a dockside inn where sailors, merchants and dock-workers once drank.
Please note outside tables are available on a first come, first served basis, and cannot be booked. Food and drink can be easily ordered to your table via OrderPay.
The Ostrich is child-friendly, dog-friendly, and LGBTQIA+ friendly, with plenty of space for small and large groups, so everyone’s welcome at The Ostrich.
