Celebrate with food & drink

Enjoy a two or three course Sunday roast onboard Brunel's SS Great Britain with your family (children’s meals are available). Take advantage of being on the great ocean liner and explore the ship before or after your meal.

Indulge in a two-course meal at Harvey Nichols - their delectable menu includes Sailsbury leg of lamb, red wine marinated Chequers Farm roasted beef, and Brixham caught cod fillet.

The Granary are offering all dads a free bottle of Showering’s Somerset Cider on arrival, which you can enjoy with a meal from their all-day menu.

Treat your Dad to a table on Harbour House's outdoor terrace, overlooking the colourful houses in Redcliffe. Munch on their Sunday roast or a selection of seafood dishes.

Enjoy a seasonal set menu at Bristol Lido. The Father's Day set menu is avaliable for £30 for two courses, or £35 for three courses plus a free beer for Dad's. Don't mind sharing? You can also order from Bristol Lido's tapas menu.

Outside of the city, Brean Country Club are running Father’s Day Sunday Lunch in The View Restaurant; the perfect spot to go to after a game of golf.

Looking for a more casual day of food and drink? Make a day of it on the Bedminster Beer Trail, where you can sample beers from local breweries at a range of independent bars and pubs. If your dad is more of a wine connoisseur, treat them to a wine tasting at KASK in Southville or Veeno near Temple Meads. Or head to Spirited for a cocktail or whisky flight.

Father’s Day falls on the second day of the UEFA EUROS - if your father’s a fan of the footie, check out our list of places where you can watch the games in Bristol.

Experiences

If you and your father figure are more of a do-er, you can explore the experiences on Yuup: from stand-up paddle boarding on the Bristol Harbourside, to pottery, welding workshops and more.

Aztec Hotel and Spa have great offers on their spa treatments, from 50-minute facial treatments, to back massages and more.

Bristol Aquarium will have a Father's Day card station in the foyer with a video about how to draw seahorses.

The best kind of family time.. is competitive family time! Challenge your family to a game of crazy golf at Wookey Hole and wander around the caves and caverns. Looking for other ways to bring out the competitive side of your loved ones? Visit one of our games or activity bars.
