Bonfire Night & Fireworks Displays in Bristol

Traditionally, you'll find the most fireworks on Bonfire Night (or Guy Fawkes Night), which is celebrated on 5 November every year in the UK, to commemorate Guy Fawkes’ unsuccessful Gunpowder Plot in 1605.

Every year, Bristol marks Bonfire Night with a series of spectacular family-friendly firework displays in and around the city, from community firework celebrations, to a display set to music at Avon Valley and Adventure Park in Keynsham to the south of the city. Or, if you’re sensitive to loud noises, several venues host a low noise displays or firework-free Bonfire Night events, which are ideal for families (and pets!).
