Travel to Bristol by Air

Airport Flyer Express Link

Frequent and direct service between the airport & the city centre for just £7 single.

The Bristol Airport Flyer is the only express link between Bristol City Centre, Bristol Harbourside, Bristol Railway Station (Temple Meads), Bristol Bus Station, Clifton and Bristol Airport. The journey time to the City Centre is approximately 30 minutes, with services operating daily 24 hours a day*

There are two services operating to and from Bristol Airport;

The A1 service at peak times operates every 10 minutes to key locations including Bristol Airport, Bristol Harbourside, Brunel's SS Great Britain, wapping Wharf, Bristol Temple Meads and Bristol Bus Station. 

The A2 will operate between Bristol Airport and Bristol city centre (Lewins Mead) via Bedminster every half hour between 3.30am 
and midnight.  

*The Airport Express does not operate on Christmas day and a limited timetable applies on Boxing and New Years Day. The A2 bus route operates from 3.30am to midnight only.

Tickets for travel on the Flyer, including onward rail journeys from Bristol Temple Meads, can be booked in advance online on Bristol Airport’s website or by using the Fast Ticket machine at the airport.

Facilties and Parking

Bristol Airport has a range of restaurants and bars, including major international brands such as Starbucks, Costa and Subway and favourites such as the Wine & Deli Bar and Soho Coffee Bar.  Table-service restaurant, Dexters, is a great option for a family meal.

For shopping, there’s a large tax and duty free store, featuring well-known brands alongside a selection of local products.
